I have a Lexmark Impact S305 Wireless Printer. Have had it working for about 3 months. I am running Windows 7 32 bit. Just started having spooler issues. Have removed the printer and reinstalled the driver and printer and still having same issue.
I can print one job, regardless of where it came from, word doc, pdf, etc. The second job does not print. There are always two things hung in the printers folder shockwave object and .shd file. After the first print job, I can stop the spooler, empty the contents of the printers folder, restart the spooler and still not print the second job. Of course when I do this, the object and files show back up in the printers folder.
My only way around this currently is to stop the spooler, clear the folder, restart the computer and the printer. Then I get the chance for one more job. I thought by reinstalling the printer and driver maybe I could fix it, however, its back to one and done. Not fun when I have two teenagers needing to print homework......
