My PC was running smoothly since a few weeks but I decided to add something (1st mistake maybe). I installed "a bracket" to inject digital sound from an external soundcard via an internal S/PDIF IN port. But when I plugged back the power : nothing. Not even a LED on the motherboard, nothing turned on. And of course, when I pushed the '"start" button, nothing happened. :eek:
I'm afraid of having plugged the S/PDIF badly (there's 3 pins : power, SPDIF and ground but I wasn't sure of who was who) but do you think it might have burned everything? How can I test my MB? Or did I forgot a simple switch?
Does anybody has an idea? :confused:
My Computer : Z87X-UD3H, i5 4670k, Noctua NH-U12S, Pure Power 700W, 2 x 4Go G-Skill, SSD Samsung EVO 120Go and a Barracuda 1 To.
