Windows security username and password

Hi, Im Confused as to what my windows security username and password will be. I have a small screen pop up frequently when I am accessing my Emails and I'm failing to receive all emails because I'm Unaware of what the username and password ill be. I have tried the general user=admin pass=admin but nothing seems to be working!
PLEASE HELP!
