New Dell 660s with 8.1...have always uploaded camera pics by going to "computer" site which I accessed by going to "my pictures..or my documents"... and on the left column of options I used the "computer" and it would show camera and pictures could be uploaded.. the camera cable plugged into the usb doesn't any longer show the "import" option on the lower right bottom of the monitor....instead, it shows a Kodak option on the upper right corner of the monitor... a remnant from when I had tried to install a Kodak file with a new camera.... There is no listing of Kodak on my program s.. How would I rid my screen of that dialog box.. it offers no help in getting pictures installed. Dell tells me it's a software problem and has yet to help in repairing it during our chat rooms..
