Can't access disk

Has errorr when use MiniTool® Partition Wizard Home Edition 8.1.1

I use tool to Extend disk C . Take free space frome disk F. F have data.

When complete i can't access disk F.

run chkdsk F /r has

Restart window scan and repair driver F: go to 70% then go to login screen
