Netgear N600 router not working

The model number is WNDR3400v2. I woke up this morning and cannot connect to the router either wireless or wired. Modem is working. The blue lights on the top are not lit. I get the lights showing power, internet connection and the LAN's that are active. I cannot access the router directly by using routerlogin.net or the 192.168.01. It just seems like no info is going out of it.

I have reset it several times by unplugging and by factory resetting it with the button in the back. Neither changed anything. I am completely at a loss.
