Gateway NE56R31u laptop

OK.... here is what all I have managed to dispel about this laptop...

First, it WILL run and FULLY UTILIZE 16GB of DDR3 ram, not the 8GB that Gateway says.
Second, this thing, even with the CELERON B830 CPU, when running an SSD FLIES!!!

Second, I did find a CPU that is the I7 and a 35 watt power.
I should know by Sunday if this motherboard will support it.

There was another poster who said something about getting a 45 watt I7 and installing it.
Don't know if you are still out here or not, but I would stick with the 35 watt. $400 is a LOT of money to risk if the motherboard does not recognize it and by chance the store you bought it from does not take it back.

Third, I found a Blu-Ray drive that is BD-ROM and dvd burner and it works fantastic. Eventually I will quit installing the trial of the Blu-ray player and buy it.
