Blocked URL

I have been trying to get to a web site (www.swann.com) but get the messages below when I go there. Their support says the web site is working just fine. I have tried from several computer and my tablet with several different browsers and I get the same thing with all of them...but they are all on my home network and internet connection.

First could someone verify that the site is working?

Second, is it possible for a URL to be blocked from my network, would that be because a malware or what? I surly did not block it, not intentionally anyway.
