FLASH on Windows 8 phone?!

As far as I know, flash on phones (perhaps in general) is on the way out.

A friend has, for some reason, bought a Windows 8 phone. Actually, his girlfriend has.

I'd like to come up with an article or two to support the Flash (Mobile) demise.

Is it possible for a Windows 8 phone to play flash games? If so, how?

OR

Is there any kind of emulation at all, that could possibly allow a Windows 8 phone to run Flash games?

Apparently that's the aim.
