Have to Manually start DHCP even though it's set to automatic

So this is my third and hopefully final thread to get my system running well. It all started when I tried to uninstall Adaware and it's gone down hill from there. First I lost all internet access and was working with this thread :

Figured out that I need to go into my Services and hit the start button for the DHCP every time I restart my computer.

Then I somehow got AArtamis malware into my system so I was working with this thread:

That's all clear now and the only problems I'm left with are the DHCP not starting automatically and the blank facebook page with the following error messages:
