Problems with Task Scheduler

I am trying to figure out why a Task in task scheduler is no longer working. It was yesterday, then I thought I had a problem so I tweaked some settings. Figured out the problem was unrelated. Now I cannot get the task correct again. It is giving me a 0x1 error. The task is to ftp a word doc saved as a word doc to a file that dreamweaver links to a webpage. Again. I think the problem is in the settings of task manager.
Other info.
I am doing this from a Windows 7 computer, but to access the task scheduler I remote desktop into Windows Server 2012.
