I bought a used laptop from pawn shop--was cleaned out bythem. Now, cannot download anhthing off internet. Also, tried to download vista repair--said it downloaded, but could not find it anywhere on my computer--HELP===have been trying to download "Advanced Systemcare" to computer but would not download=along with every other thing I tried to download.
