Excel 2007 Single Row Below Two Rows

I have a sheet where starting at A3 and a list of rows below, they have words in each row, so I want to add a blank row below each two rows that has words in in, and then copy Column A from A3 thru the last cell in the Column A that has words in it....

Is there a way to do it please?
