I7, 2600K temps

I checked my system temps this morning and found this at idle:

Intel Desktop Utillties: CPU ID

Which temperature should I believe?

I ran the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and everything in the test indicated PASSED.

Task Manager seems to show all cores working OK, however in Microsoft Flight Simulator X I saw CPU usage at 100%. I don't remember that ever happening before.

System boots normally and seems to be fine.
