If the wattage is the same or less, does the lithography (32nm. vs. 22nm.) or architecture (Sandy Bridge vs. Ivy Bridge) make a difference in upgrading a socket 1155 CPU? Specifically, I have a 32nm. Sandy Bridge 630 CPU (2.7Ghz) and was considering a 22nm. Ivy Bridge 3.4Ghz. CPU.
