We recently purchased a 1998 CNC Router. It is an awesome machine but it is controlled by an older PC. The PC won't boot up correctly. It looks as if everything is going good until I get several C:> prompts that say the following:
REM MODE CON: COLS=80 LINES=25
REM [SOUND, MIDID, OR VIDEO CAPTURE CARD]
REM SOUNDTST.COM
REM [MOUSE]
REM MOUSE.COM
REM [MISCELLANEOUS]
REM FACTORY.COM
I have had success booting it up twice but recently it just hangs with the above info. I can boot in with Windows in Safe mode.
Please help. See attached screen shot.
