Sticky and Filter keys will not stay off. (ie, unselected to the enabled position.)
Ease of Access on desktop shows them to be enabled when checked after every reboot, start up etc.
Control Panel-Ease of Access section shows the same should I sign in with them still activated.
Manual deselection is performed by way of the desktop Ease of Access widget after every reboot, start up etc.
Same can be done by way off the Control Panel-Ease of Access section.
However, following any shutdown, hibernation, log off, sleep mode etc they are again enabled.
How can I stop this behavior.
