Windows updates help needed please

Hi
I keep on getting the new updates icon appearing on my status bar, even though I have updated.
I attach update history and I attach the updates it keeps on making me update. I updat and restart computer. Updates are succesful, then windows tells me that I have more updates which IMHO are exactly the same.
How do I stop it please?
