Updates Problem

Four days ago I switched on my PC and saw that there was a Windows Update Icon on my Taskbar. I installed and re-started my PC as recommended. Every day since then I see the same icon and to-day I've tried to install these updates three times so far. The icon just keeps coming back.
Can someone help sort this issue ?
