I have seen these programs advertised on TV that are supposed to clean up your OS registry and other things to make your computer run like new again. I have also seen them on CNET you download for free, the program does a partial job but you have to pay for the full blown system. I am not opposed to paying if I knew the program would do everything they advertise. Any advise will be appreciated.
