Best 'thing' to record writing on a screen

I want to record writing on a screen
I want some advice on what to use

Possibles:

- Wacom tablet
- Leap Motion Controller - this looks great - but I've read reviews that weren't flattering
- Wiimote controller - great... but will I get big fat jagged pen writing only?

I need smooth as possible writing

At the moment, maybe Wacom tablet is favourite - but I've never actually used one!

Any opinions would be great
