Windows won't start, startup repair broken?

Hi, my computer was working fine until i unplugged everything and brought it to a friends house for a lan party. i plugged it back in and when it started it was just a black screen with my cursor showing

i restarted and it said windows failed to start and tried a startup repair. after an hour of "searching for problems" i gave up and restarted. safe mode didn't work either, it showed a list of programs starting and got stuck on that too. chkdsk doesn't work because apparently my drive is write protected. apparently i never created a restore point so the "last good configuration" didn't work.

i don't have a windows.7 disk. please help me!! I'm a music producer and i will lose months and months of work if i have to wipe my drive. please, anything would be appreciated.
