Using a company website for our industry (insurance) - in an application that lists scheduled items i.e. jewelry. The website does not have FORWARD and BACK buttons. The application requires use of their 'NEXT' link after input to add the next item. When NEXT is clicked on, we are getting an "Unsupported Navigation. This application does not support browsing via forward and back button navigation" and IE stops working.
I have contacted their IT dept and they could not duplicate error. I tried on two machines here and had the same results. We are on Windows 7/32 bit, IE 9 (10 is not supported by our company websites) - all machines are under 6 Mo old. I am assuming (for now) that the issue is probably an IE setting of some sort, however, I am not knowledgeable enough in this area to know what area could cause this issue. Suggestions at to what to look at?
