Calling all Outlook experts!! "Reminders Popup"

Ok, I'm officially stumped on this one....

I have a laptop with Vista Ultimate, running outlook 2007. Everytime you run it there's a popup that says "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear." There's also a box underneath the To Do bar that says "The operation failed. The object could not be found."

HISTORY:
Now, this laptop is used for a business and it normally has recurring appointments. I recently cloned the C: drive from 150 GB to 500 GB, and discovered that several windows services were no longer working, including Updates and Search. I spent a few days diaging that- had to install Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to fix that.

The original issue that brought the laptop to me was that he could no longer send/receive. I fixed that by creating a new PST.

HOWEVER- the issues I mentioned at the beginning were already present before I cloned the drive.

This is what I have tried so far:
-/cleanreminders, /resettodobar, /resetfolders. Didn't work (has this ever worked? Can't find one instance that it did)

-create new PST (again)

-repair PSTs via SCANPST.exe tool. (via Fix-it) It always reports errors, says "fixed" but no change.

-closed all other active Personal Folders (but not delete). This guy has several archive PSTs and three other open PSTs that I initially moved to his archive folder on the 2nd harddrive. I don't want to delete them but have considered moving them off the laptop and then deleting.

There's also an issue with Business Contact Manager that I want to mention in case there's a connection:

After the clone (before the IRST fix) there was an issue when attempting to delete files from BCM there was an error that said "Error while archiving folder “Deleted Items’ in store “Business Contact Manager” Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it" I believe I fixed this with a new archive, but while researching the problem I came across a few red flags in Event Manager:

Now....All I need to do is stop the popup involving the reminders...Outlook is set to sync with four other email accounts online. I don't know what other info you would need, but ask and I shall provide.

Help!
