Browser got Hijacked

Hi, my browser got hijacked by Search.Conduit when I was downloading Skype. I think I removed it from my system, I'm back to my default browser now. But I'm having problems when I visit sites. When I look at a post in TSG, finish reading the post, click on the "back" button to get back to the postings it just sits there. I can see at the bottom of the window the flashing of the instructions, then say done back to the same posting. The only way out is if I click on "Forum" on top of the window. That brings me back to the main menun "forums".

With my e-mail account with Yahoo there is a long pause before it changes window. Signing out, long pause then it brings me to my profile page.
