Regarding some sort of Emulator(?) I used a very long time ago on an old Windows comp

Back when I was little, a large Dell computer was given to me by a family friend for my birthday. I believe the operating system was Windows 95 but I CANNOT confirm it. I still have the computer itself, however the power cord is long gone, so I can't turn it on.

There was an icon on the desktop that was mostly black, if I remember right. Upon opening the program via icon, a collection of old Atari, Sega, etc. Games would be available to me via list. Some of the games were also 2 player.

I would like to know the name of this program. Looking back, it appears to be some sort of primitive universal emulator that games were stored on. Like, for example, Bubble Bobble was on it, and me and my brother would play that a lot. There were probably 200+ games on it, and I could play the games offline. I didn't have to connect to the internet to run the program.

In short, the only info I know about this program is that:
1. The icon was a black symbol of some sort
2. The name of the program ended with a number, I think. It may have ended with 32.
3. I didn't need internet to access the program.
4. It ran games that normally would not be playable via computer. Some of the games required credits, which I could add (I don't remember HOW I could add them, but it was easy)

If you have any information on this program, it's name, it's compatibility, etc. I would VERY much appreciate it if you could share it with me. I've been wondering about it for years.

Moderators, please move this question to the appropriate board if it doesn't fit in here.

EDIT: Also, I was not the first owner of the computer.
