Hi,
I'm looking at implenting IT processes that will help improve the efficiency of teams in the business I work for.
One thing I noticed was that a team essentially uses Outlook as a content management system for their drawings etc. This works fine for them now but I can see issues with this when we carry out an upcoming Citrix upgrade. I can put a similar process in place using SharePoint but I the team is very set in its ways and I know they will resist any proposals.
Are there any glaring problems with using Outlook as a CMS? Also, if there are any significant pros for it I would be keen to hear.
Regards
Paul
