I appreciate that it's difficult because computers, in spite of copious research, cannot read.
However, I reckon there are some posts that could do with being standardized and posted by "bot" accounts.
One example would be messages reminding people in the malware thread to post their logs.
A second would alert people (or perhaps alert mods) if they've posted an email address.
A third would be messages warning people if they've marked their thread "Solved" and haven't actually had any replies (if it's correct, please post a solution; if it's incorrect advise them that they might be missing out on helpers).
I don't know whether there are other cases where this would be useful, though I imagine if the infrastructure were in place it should be feasible to add other features.
