When go into WLM it says working offline (lower right corner) even when the computer is online. When you try to sync email account a popup asks if you want to go online, selecting "yes" causes the same pop up to reappear, then another popup comes up saying the requested task has been cancelled.
WLM works fine on the other PC on the same home network.
Firefox works normally on this laptop
If you use Internet Explorer on this comp. a small popup at the bottom of the page says that IE had to go online to complete the task, which it does. After IE goes online WLM will work for a while then it will quit.
The same thing happens if we use a smart phone as a hotspot instead of our home network.
This started about 2 weeks ago, prior to that it worked normally. Our IP tech couldn't solve the problem.
