In the past week I have purchased a refurbished iPad 2 16 gb. I also purchased a iPad 2 for Dummies book. On page 19 of the book the author mentions YouTube as one of the icons that should appear with all the others. Much to my surprise, right out of the box the icon is missing. Does anyone out there know what the story is on this?
