Display driver keeps crashing

when i play games my monitor keeps crashing, makes my screen fade to black then i get a message saying
''Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered'' so i keep playing then after this happen a few times, game freezes gos to blue screen. What do you guys think?
