transfer text messages from one android phone to another?

I have a Droid Razr Maxx that started to fade, so I got it replaced with the exact same phone brand new. I changed the SIM card over, and I'd like to be able to move the text messages from one phone to the other. Can someone tell me how to do that? I got "SMS backup" but can't figure out what to do........
