Yes National porn filter

I figured we may as well throw in a controversy from somewhere other than the US of A, and one that's simmering over here pertains to the recently announced plans to have force ISPs to offer web filtering, and have it enabled by default (though easy to uncheck).

At one level it seems like an obvious good idea, but of course there are some people saying it should be for parents to deal with how their kids use the internet, some saying this is just one step toward China-style authoritarian control of the internet, some saying leave it alone because there's nothing wrong with porn anyway (or even that it's healthy), and some who haven't noticed because they're still coo-cooing over the most recent Royal birth.
That last group, of course, is the silent majority that everyone says is exactly why their view must be implemented. :D
