'Global Consumer Survey' Adware Removal Help

Hi,


I just noticed a pop-up named 'Global Consumer Survey' as I was attempting to log in to my internet banking.

I thought it was unusual that a high security website would have any pop-ups at all, so i googled 'Global Consumer Survey' and found that this can be malicious adware if not removed quickly.

There are various websites suggesting different ways of removing this adware, however I would like to be assured that the removal process is as safe as can be.


Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
