How do you rate my under construction site & want your suggestions, recommendations & advice.

http://www.berjeesmemorialtrust.com/ based on Clarion RT template,jquery based, running on Joomla 2.5.9.

Have a few queries:

1. Can I add Skype or any online Video conferencing plugin to it?

2. Which is the ideal forum plugin to add to it......Kunena........ have it installed but haven't published?

3. Can I change the Menu items labels, with out a creating a 404 error or a database conflict?

4. How do I add a drop down menu?

5. I have a side item News but it does not show anything when clicked on like sample data?

6. Want to get done with the site layout etc so that than I can start adding content.

7. Don't like News, Contact Us, Free Treatment on each page so I unpublished the the last 2 articles & News module........but News does not have any sample data?

8. Footer menu is shaky any suggestions why?

9. Any other suggestions to make the site look better as far to layout etc is concerned?

10. Can my hosting company i.e Blue Host's cPanel options be of any help for the site like SEO & other features etc?

11. Should I get a dedicated IP for faster loading?

12.Should I get Whois addon?

13. How do you rate the site technically as to loading, all browsers & gadgets compatibility?

14. Would switching to Word Press be a better option?

15. What are these so many bots & there functions.......Alexa, Google, Bing?
