Laptop will not connect to the internet

Hello, please refer to Tech Support Guy previous thread http://forums.techguy.org/virus-othe...p-running.html for detailed information on what has happened so far. We solved the problem of computer running slow and locking up and it runs great now. But in the process we somehow created another problem where the computer will not automatically or manually connect to the wireless network for internet service.

Here is what we have been doing to manually fix the problem. We go to the Device Manager and Uninstall the Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter and then reboot. When the computer reboots Windows automatically reinstalls the Adapter driver and then the wireless network is working properly for the rest of the day. But when we shut down the computer at night we have the same problem then next morning where and have to repeat the above manual fix.

We have been doing this daily since the last "Solved" date of the previous Tech Support Guy thread as shown but today, this manual fix will no longer work and we can't connect to the wireless network at all. We continue to get the error "Connection to wireless network was unsuccessful" & "This computer currently has limited connectivity to RJOHNSON" where RJOHNSON is the computer's wireless network.

I'm using my desktop computer to post this thread because the laptop will not connect to the internet at all. So any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried a few fixes I found on line but none of them worked.
