basically on my firefox ctrl zooms out shift goes back a page and anything with a scroll bar automatically goes down and right. i went to a microsoft help site and they found some svchost.stealth worm and thats probably what messed with the keyboard. they saw a bunch of registry things that said stopped and the command prompt with red text said that bax.keyboard was messed up to. i have no clue what i should do.ive run ccleaner, avg, advanced system care pro, and nothing seems to fix it for long. i cant even make capitals because of this shift key thing. and the logs from hijack i cant copy because it auto scrolls to the bottom right, please help i beg you you.
