Is my video card dying?

Greetings all TSG members.

I have a query concerning my video card, that I am certainly hoping someone will be able to help me out with.

This morning when I turned the computer on and it went through its boot process, this popup displayed.

I haven't had a video card replacement done for years so I just need a little advice please.
