Formatting a laptop? DRIVERS?!

Hello, I've been here before and every time I ask a difficult tech question, there's always so many helpful people so why go anywhere else? :)

Anyways, I installed some bad software that really changed the way my laptop behaves, so I would like to reformat my laptop to be as minimalist as possible, or at least factory settings would be nice too!
I don't have the slightest clue on how to start reformatting this laptop, but here is some basic information on my laptop:

Text: My laptop is a Fujitsu S760 Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

I know I need to download drivers afterwards but I'm confused on if the drivers on the Fujitsu website is bloatware or unnecessary?

After I download the drivers, then my computer will be fully functional? As in Wi-Fi, graphics card, video card, webcam, touchpad, sound, OS, etc.?

So basically how do I go about reformatting my laptop and which drivers do I need to install?

Could you please tell me which ones are necessary? Please be detailed because I am extremely horrible at computer stuff!
