I run Windows 7 (32 bit) on an Acer laptop, and primarily use Chrome. Every time I watch a YouTube video, or try to use the internet while listening to iTunes, and even sometimes when I'm just browsing Facebook, my computer will freeze completely for several minutes, and loop whatever sound was happening at the time (it'll sound like a loud buzzing).
I've ran anti-malware software, ccleaner, and tried updating multiple drivers for anything I could think to update. This only happened after I tried to reinstall Windows on my computer myself, but it was a week or two after that the problems started. I don't know if it's a hardware or software malfunction.
