My 12 month old Dell computer has today started to freeze shortly after starts up (it runs fine for several minutes then just locks up, the mouse still moves around so it hasn't frozen completely but explorer just stops working)
I have done a fair few hours of research on this and tried a few of the most common fixes (as this seems to be a rather common problem) but nothing has worked so far. I have never had a problem with Windows 7 and up until today, this computer worked fine with it.
