I have an ACER AM3100-U3300A that suddenly won't work with any monitor. Totally black screen from the time I turn it on. The monitors I have tried, work fine with other computers. Might a new video card fix this or is there any way to tell with this little of information?
If a video card will fix it, I have to keep it cheap. All I need it to do is be able to use the Internet and type a letter now and then. No games or anything that requires anything much. I bought one from Ebay thinking I had picked the right thing, but it turns out it is the wrong size PCI slot so would appreciate if someone could tell me how to choose one.
