bootproblem-help with bootsect

Hi all,
I am having an issue with the pc in my office. I installed something and now the pc is constantly rebooting after ending the bios. So vista is not loading. I read on fora that some have the same problem and a guy got it fixed without having to reinstall, which is important to me.
In vista recovery he typed in the command option : bootsect /nt60 sys /force
And the pc started rebooting again. Now on my pc, that command isn't recognised in vista recovery.
So I downloaded Hiren's boot cd 15.2. There is a file on it, called 'bootsect.cmd'. But when I boot with that cd, you arrive in a menu, but I can't select the programm nowhere. It is like it is not on the cd.

Can anyone tell me how to make this work, urgently!!

I guess I have to find out how to restore the corrupt volume boot code, or something like that.

So I have a pc with a ssd drive in with vista on it (not booting), and the Hiren boot cd in the cd-rom and I have to try to make bootsect.cmd from the bootcd work on the ssd.

Any suggestions please.

Thank you everybody in advance.
