script error

Any help will be appreciated. I am receiving a script error when I try to download my Facebook messages.

I have already done the following: (Click the Advanced tab, select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes.
Clear the Display a notification about every
scripterror
check box, and then click OK.)

I have also uninstalled and re-installed Java. I have cleared temporary internet files, cookies etc.

When I click to receive a message (in Facebook), the screen goes white. There was a tiny mark in the bottom left which I clicked on and got the following: (I am using IE8 not Mozilla)....the taskbar says "waiting for res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm..."

Then the message says:

"Webpage error details
