A couple of questions

Hello, I'm here to ask a couple of questions because I found this forum to be very helpful in the past. My first question is that I think I should overclock my CPU. The reason for this is that because my CPU is pretty old now and it's nearly if not being bottle-necked. I'm completely new to overclocking so I'd appreciate your suggestions as to if I should overclock and how to do it, safely without damaging any components. I will buy a new processor when I gather the money but for now I think it would be ideal if I overclocked it.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition;3.21ghz.
GPU: XFX DD Radeon 7950;3GB.
RAM: Corsair Dominator DDR3 2x2 4GB
MB: (Gigabyte) GA-MA770T-UD3P (rev. 1.0)
PSU: Cooler master Real Power620 (620W)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

(If I've failed to list some required information just tell me, I'll add it.)

Two

My second question is to do with the heat of my computer. I'm really worried about it, I've submitted a picture of what the computer temperature is like whilst IDLE.

From the picture only the GPU is running at a good temperature and that's most likely because it has two fans and a special cooling system. If this is what the heat is like whilst idle you can only imagine the heat whilst gaming. I currently have both sides of the case off, I've heard it has it's advantages and disadvantages. The fans aren't particularly dusty but I don't really want to put my fingers in them. No, I do not have a compressed can of air but if you suggest I should get one I will get around to it as soon as I can.

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
