ThorConnWndClass....help

This just happened yesterday (6.7,13)...I can send emails from outlook. Upon trying to shut down PC,

I got this error message ThorConnWndClass. I cannot get rid of it and cannot send emails.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Diane2727
