Call phone option on Gmail

Hello,I have a HTC cell phone and I would like to know if when I go to my gmail I could get the same option that I have on my PC,which is the call phone option in order to call free anywhere in Canada and the US.I have reached my email from my cell phone but I cannot see the call phone option.
