Incredimail crashing, tech said I have a Trojan Horse

This may be a long shot.. My email (incredimail 2.0) started crashing recently and intermittently, sometimes when I have a certain program open and sometimes just when I maximize it..

I talked to a tech guy for Incredimail and he ran a scan on my computer and at the end it said Incredimail had a trojan horse. He said he would have to redirect me to a microsoft tech but it would cost 99bucks.
.I saw the scan myself and the message.. He ran something on command prompt, so I was told I had a trojan horse.

I am now using Outlook Express but was kind of worried about this, anyone offer any advice? I have Microsoft Security Essentials and have ran all kinds of scans but nothing.. Otherwise everything works fine, just that email program..
