Dating Site

I was a member of an online dating site. I was kicked off and I don't know why. I always tried to comply with their rules and regulations. I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue, but they have not replied. And I know many other previous members were kicked off and they don't know why either. So I tried to re-register. I know in the past the site would not allow members who were kicked off to re-register. So what you needed to do was obtain a different IP address, username, and e-mail address, and you would be able to get back on the site. I got a new IP address through one of the anonymous IP sites, and a new user name and e-mail address. I was able to get a new profile on the dating site, but in about an hour, I was kicked off again. So the site is obviously recognizing my identity by other means. And I need to repeat: I don't know why I was kicked off. I always attempted to obey their rules and regulation, and not be abusive to anyone. And the dating site is not informing me why my profile was deleted.
So my question is:
HOW IS THE DATING SITE IDENTIFYING ME AS A PREVIOUS MEMBER...AND...WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET ANOTHER PROFILE WITHOUT BEING IDENTIFIED AND KICKED OFF AGAIN?
