Internet Explorer Accelerator has no add ons.

Also how to change the tool bar and accelerator default search engine or provider to Google.

The accelerator is the little arrow that appears when you highlight text in documents when searching the net using Internet Explorer.
I’m outside of the United States so when I changed my search provider from Bing to Google in the tool bar at the top right of the Internet Explore window I also lost all the add ons available for the little arrow "accelerator" function.
Firstly if you out side of the US and you want to change the search provider in the tool bar at the top right then you click the arrow in that corner > Find more providers. At his point on this page you must change your location top left from the country your in to United States. Wait for it to load then at the bottom of the page select the search provider you want for example I chose Google. Click on the icon and it leads you to the add to Internet Explorer button. Click that button and you now have Google or what ever you chose as an option.
Now click the little arrow at the top right of the page again but then click Manage Add-ons. In this page right click the search engine you wish to have as your default and add it as your default. Both the tool bar and the little arrow will now have Google as the default search engine.
If you delete the other search engine which is "Bing" as I did then you will lose all of the accelerator option when you highlight text. So the arrow will appear but gives you no options to search or e-mail etc.
So this is the tricky part. To get these Accelerator options back you must go to that arrow again at the top of the top right hand corner of the page and click on it. Then click Find more Providers. This time do not change your location. Keep it as it appears which should be where ever you are in the world irrespective if you changed this before. At the bottom of the page click "Bing". Then wait for the next page and It will ask if you want to add this search engine to your search providers and then click Add to Internet Explorer button. As soon as you did this bing was added to the list of Internet Explorer search engines or providers but it is an option not the default. You will find all of your accelerator option will now be available and the search engine you made as the default will be the main choice with bing a second option.
Hope this helps people living out side of the US to chose the default search engine they want and also make the accelerator work as well.
Basically you need bing as one of the options for the accelerator to work and for some strange reason (probably MS interfering) you need to change your location to United States in order to be able to get Google as your default search engine.
